I have decided to mainly focus on Kids/teenagers and Healthy lifestyle choices as it is easier to educate kids at a young age on healthy lifestyle choices.
This include points such as:
- Introduction: Obesity in Australia. How a healthy lifestyle contributes to health issues.
- How do you measure up? BMI testing.
- The Right foods-nutients
- Helathy eating- What you should be eating
- Exercise
- Superfoods
- The affects of an unhealthy lifestyle- diseases,cancer, etc.
- Healthy reciepes for Kids (easy)- breakfast, school lunch, dinner, desserts, snacks
